Duties:

• Keeping good record of the insurance policies
• Process policy changes, updates, and renewals accurately and efficiently
• Supporting the billing team in their day-to-day activities
• Handling customer inquiries via phone and email
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer service experience, processes, and communication as needed
• Positive and professional demeanor

Requirements:

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to interface directly with customers
• A high level of accountability and ownership of work
• Ability to work on time-sensitive deadlines
• Resourcefulness and ability to consult others to get a job done
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
