Social Media Manager

Role Overview
 

We’re seeking an organized, creative Social Media Growth Manager to fully own our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok channels for the duration of the campaign. You will onboard, produce high-impact content, prepare and execute the Giveaway, and deliver concise performance reports.
 

Primary Objectives:
-Execute daily Instagram Stories and weekly Reels/Feed Posts

-Support growth on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

-Launch the Giveaway Contest in alignment with the Brand

-Report weekly on core social KPIs
 

Key Responsibilities
-Access & Setup

- Secure full admin credentials for Instagram, Facebook (Meta Business Suite) and TikTok

- Gain access to Monday.com for task tracking and Slack for team collaboration
 

Content Creation & Publishing:

- Instagram Stories: 7 per day (behind-the-scenes, product highlights, campaign teasers, community building)

- Reels & Feed Posts: 5 per week, cross-posted to Facebook

- TikToks: 3 per week

- Develop visual and copy assets for the Giveaway (announcement, rules, reminders)
 

Giveaway Execution:

- Finalize and schedule Giveaway posts and reminders

- Draft a mini social calendar for Giveaway days
 

Qualifications:
-Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok for a consumer-focused brand

-Strong visual storytelling skills and knowledge of current platform best practices

-Comfortable with Meta Business Suite, Monday.com, and Slack

-Excellent written and verbal communication

-Data-driven mindset with basic reporting skills
