About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Frontend Developer/Engineer who will be responsible for building the client-side of modern web applications. You’ll translate design and business needs into highly functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces.

This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional who stays up to date with modern frontend technologies and strives to combine usability with high-quality design

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web features used by top real estate professionals in the U.S.

• Build innovative, scalable marketing and business solutions using modern web technologies

• Collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and product stakeholders

• Ensure high-quality graphic standards, UI consistency, and optimal application performance

• Design and implement mobile-friendly features

• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and frameworks

• Assist with debugging, testing, and code reviews

• Optimize applications for maximum speed and responsiveness

• Contribute to a culture of open communication, feedback, and creative problem-solving

Required Experience & Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

• 5–7 years of professional software development experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (4+ years), including React (3+ years) and TypeScript (1+ year)

• Experience with testing and bundling JavaScript code

• Strong skills with CSS frameworks and preprocessors (e.g., Sass, SCSS)

• Experience integrating APIs and working with microservices

• Proficiency in Material UI and modern ES6/7 standards

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
