Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain core backend components for CRM and marketing platforms

• Build and optimize complex data models tailored for real estate applications

• Write efficient, performant SQL queries and ensure high-quality database operations

• Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests for all backend components

• Collaborate with frontend developers, customer success teams, and stakeholders to address real-world user needs

• Analyze data, code, and processes to identify and resolve issues

• Research and implement new tools, techniques, and industry best practices to improve system performance

• Take ownership of projects, from design through delivery, ensuring scalability and reliability

• Participate in architectural discussions that shape the long-term technical roadmap

Required Experience & Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 5–7 years of professional experience in backend development, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL

• Proven experience in designing, developing, and testing applications using Node.js • Expert-level knowledge of SQL and data modeling principles

• Experience with API development and integration

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
